Refund Policy
At Everri, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
- Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label, and a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
- Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
